  • Visit the local market to shop for fresh ingredients: fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, spices, and more

  • Return to the traditional shophouse cooking venue

  • Chef briefing: Learn the menu and recipes for the day

  • Hands-on cooking session guided by the Chef

  • Enjoy lunch with the dishes you prepared

  • Take home the recipes to recreate the dishes for friends and family

  • Afternoon – Free at leisure
