 Kinabalu Park World Heritage site

     For nature and adventure lovers, this full-day and overnight tours offer a panoramic view of 13,455 feet Mount Kinabalu located 2 hours’ drive from Kota Kinabalu and a guided nature walk. Savor the cool temperate climate and the outdoor and the magnificent birds and flora. See the smallest orchids and the tallest moss when visiting the Mountain Garden. At Poring Hot Spring, experience a treetop canopy walkways suspended 40 meters above the forest floor.


Day 1:  Kinabalu National Park (L/D)

This morning you will be taken for a 2 hour’s drive through the rice fields and native Dusun villages over the ridges of the Crocker Range to the foothills of Mt. Kinabalu to arrive at the Park Headquarters at Kundasang. Visit the Exhibition Centre, Botanical Garden and take a guided walk on one of the trails in the cool surrounding of the mountain forest. Free at leisure before returning to Kota Kinabalu in the afternoon or continue your stay at one of the mountain lodges.


Day 2:  Poring/Kota Kinabalu (B/L)

After breakfast, travel 40 km. via Ranau town to Poring. Explore the tropical rainforest along the jungle trek leading to the tree top canopy walkways suspended 50 m above the forest floor. Visit the Kipungit Waterfall and soak in hot sulphur pools. Proceed to Kundasang Memorial Park to learn part of Sabah’s WWll history before returning to Kota Kinabalu in the late afternoon.
