Suggested Tour Itinerary:


Day 1:   Kuching - Arrival

Our guide will meet you on arrival at Kuching International Airport and transfer to check in at your choice of hotel. Rest of the day you are free at own activity.


Day 2:   Kuching city Tour

This morning, you will be taken for a full day sightseeing tour of Kuching City which includes visit to the Cat Monument (Kuching Mascot), Chinatown, oldest Chinese Temple where devotees pray for prosperity, Main Bazaar where early Chinese Traders have set up their typical ‘shop-houses’, Kuching Waterfront Esplanade where you can have a closer view of the Astana and the State Legislative assembly Building, Colonial Courthouse and the Sarawak Museum. This city with a romantic history has many treasures to be discovered.  (B/L)


Day 3:   Orang-Utan Wildlife & Bidayuh Long-House

Today you begin with a pleasant drive to Semenggoh Orang-Utan Centre. Walk through the scenic Forest Reserve to the feeding platform and see the Orang-Utan swaying in the trees as they come down for feeding. Continue driving to Annah Rais Bidayuh Long-House and walk along the many wooden long-houses connected by small bridges and plank walks. Visit the “Head-house” where heads taken in the olden days are ceremoniously kept and witness the daily activities of the longhouse people.Take a locally brew rice and experience a native lunch served in the Headman’s room. Return to Kuching in the late afternoon. (B/L)


Day 4:   Sarawak Cultural Village

This morning’s tour offers you the thrilling experience of the unique cultures in Sarawak. Known as the ‘living museum’ Sarawak Cultural Village offers an opportunity for you to admire the richly diverse multi-racial cultures of Sarawak as displayed and presented in the traditional homes of the various indigenous tribes. The tour concludes with the fascinating cultural performance at the air-conditioned theatre. After lunch at the Village, continue driving to visit the world’s first Cat Museum with fine exhibits of photos, feline art and cat souvenirs. Proceed to visit Orchid Garden, Historical Fort Margherita and Malay Cake House before returning to Kuching in the late afternoon. (B/L)


Day 5:   Kuching

Day 6:   Kuching - Kota Kinabalu

This morning you will be transferred to airport for your flight to Kota Kinabalu, the capital of Sabah. In the afternoon proceed for KK city sightseeing which includes the Signal Hill, Atkinson Clock Tower, Sabah Foundation Building, Sembulan water village, Sabah Museum and Handicraft Center. (B)


Day 7:   Kinabalu Park World Heritage Site

This morning, we drive 2 hours through paddy fields and scatter villages to Kinabalu National Park situated 5,000 feet above sea level. Visit Education Center and Mountain Garden, home to an excellent showcase of the diverse plant life and flora including rhododendron, pitcher plants, orchids, giant ferns, oak trees and many species of birds. Take a guided nature walk in the cool surrounding forest before returning to Kota Kinabalu in the afternoon. (B/L)


Day 8:    Mari Mari Cultural Village & Sabah Wildlife Park

This morning a 30 minutes’ drive bring you to Mari Mari Cultural Village to see the various traditional homes of Sabah ethnic communities. At the demonstration huts, witness the daily routines of traditional Sabahan life such as blowpipe-making, bamboo fire-starting and tattoo-making in action. Tour ended with a cultural show performance by the local tribes. After lunch continue driving to Sabah Wildlife Park, home to a fascinating and varied collection of tropical animals such as Sumatran Rhinoceros, Proboscis Monkeys, Malayan Tigers, Orangutans, Pigmy Elephants and colorful Hornbills birds. The Park also provides a unique opportunity for a close up view of some of the most elusive and endangered wildlife species and to appreciate the conservation program being carried out. (B/L)


 Day 9:   Kota Kinabalu

Today you are free at own activities. (B).


Day 10:   Kota Kinabalu - Departure

After breakfast, transfer to KK Airport for departure. (B)
