Overview

Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site located at Mulu, Sarawak.

Itinerary

Mulu National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, features four show caves (Deer, Lang's, Clearwater, and Wind Caves) accessible by plankwalks, boat rides, or nature trails.

Offering unique geological formations and the spectacle of millions of bats exiting Deer Cave at sunset.

Day 1:  Arrival at Mulu airport, a representative is waiting to welcome you.  Embark on the vehicle and ride for few mintues to Mulu Park or Mulu Marriott Resort (5*).

By afternoon, the park guide are waiting to bring you for a visit into the Deer Cave (3km) plankwalk from the park office. After that continue to walk over the Lang Cave.  Once done, walk over to the open space and wait for the 'MILLION BATS' coming out from the cave looking for foods (depend on weather permit).  After complete, walk back to the Park HQ.   Dinner serve at park cafe / resort.

(Note:  Those stay in the Marriott Resort will be pick up by the vehicle.)

Day 2: Breakfast & Dinner are served at the Park Café or Marriott Mulu Resort restaurant.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before putting on your trekking shoes and packing your bag.

Then, embark on a longboat cruise along the Melinau River to visit the Penan Settlement—feel free to support the local community by purchasing some handmade products.

Next, cruise past the Batu Bungan Cliff to reach the entrance of the Wind Cave, formed millions of years ago. The cave is filled with stunning calcite crystals, stalagmites, and majestic columns.

Continue your journey to the Clearwater Cave, where you’ll climb a few steps to explore the cave system, famous for its crystal-clear river that flows through over 180 km of passages.

A simple lunch will be served by the riverbank. Afterward, enjoy a refreshing dip in the clear waters before heading back.

Day 3:  Breakfast at Park cafe / Marriott Mulu Resort restaurant.

Check-out from the Marriott Mulu Resort / Mulu Park Lodge, the guide is taking you to the airport.

REMARK:   

A MUST to bring along flashlight / torchlight with you.

Bring some cash as NOT ATM neither Money Changes.
